These Terms are entered into between you and Consumable Influence Inc., a Delaware Corporation.

MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
By purchasing from or using our Services, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration and not in court, except as specifically provided herein. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision. Any in-person arbitration shall occur in West Palm Beach, Florida.
MASS ARBITRATION PROTOCOL
If 25 or more similar arbitration claims are filed by the same or coordinated counsel, claims shall proceed in batches of 10. Remaining claims shall be stayed until earlier batches conclude. Statutes of limitation are tolled during batching.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Court proceedings permitted under these Terms shall occur exclusively in West Palm Beach, Florida.
SUBSCRIPTION & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency selected at checkout. Subscription pricing may vary. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel via your account portal or by contacting customer support prior to renewal processing.
CALIFORNIA AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE
For California residents and other applicable jurisdictions:
• Automatic renewal terms are presented clearly before checkout.
• You will receive order confirmation including recurring billing terms.
• You may cancel at any time.
• We provide an easy-to-use cancellation method.
• Renewal reminders may be sent when required by law.
REFUND POLICY – 90 DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
First 30 Days: No refunds during the first 30 days.Â
Days 31–90: Refund of purchase price minus shipping. Limit one per household.
200% Guarantee: Requires 200-word written feedback and 30–90 second video. Limited to one per household and first bag only. Limited to 10 approvals per calendar month. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be denied.
Chargebacks void refund eligibility.
PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use analytics tools including tracking pixels and similar technologies for advertising, analytics, and site optimization. By using our Services, you consent to such tracking where permitted by law.
CALIFORNIA & STATE-SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of California and other applicable states have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws, including the right to:

• Request deletion

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue or $100, whichever is greater.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
