Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.Â
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
